Once your order has been dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be provided where available.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Refused Deliveries

12. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

13. Split Shipments
