RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ATLAS Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, spare links, adjustment tools, and protective materials
- Not show signs of damage, misuse, modification, or excessive wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund where legally permitted.
2. How To Request A Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at:

- Photographs if reporting damage or defects
Return requests submitted outside the return period may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend:
- Using tracked shipping
- Purchasing shipping insurance
- Retaining proof of postage
ATLAS Watches is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected during transit back to us.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
- Banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Returned Items Showing Signs Of Use
Items returned with:
- Scratches
- Dents
- Bracelet resizing damage
- Missing components
- Removed protective films
- Evidence of wear
may be refused or subject to a reduced refund amount where legally permitted.
6. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives:

- Defective
- Incorrect
you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs
Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect our ability to investigate claims with carriers.
7. Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent after delivery, contact us immediately.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, impact damage, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications are not considered manufacturing defects.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests must be handled through the returns process.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a parcel:
- Original shipping costs may not be refunded
- Any carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund
10. Lost Parcels
A parcel is not considered lost until the shipping carrier's investigation process has been completed.
ATLAS Watches reserves the right to wait for carrier confirmation before issuing replacements or refunds.
11. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact ATLAS Watches first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged using:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking information
- Order records
- Customer communications
- Fraud screening data
12. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
ATLAS Watches is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
13. Sale Items
Discounted and promotional items remain eligible for return unless specifically marked as:
"Final Sale"
Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or required by law.
14. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Taxes
- Local handling charges
These charges are not refundable by ATLAS Watches.
16. Fraud Prevention
ATLAS Watches reserves the right to:
- Refuse suspicious orders
- Request identity verification
- Cancel transactions believed to be fraudulent
A full refund will be provided for cancelled orders.
17. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS Watches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
